ED397 Internal regulation

This text was presented and approved at the ED 397 Council meeting in 2019.

It is a synthesis of rules common to all EDs in the SU (doctoral project, training, financing) and more specific to ED 397 (Thesis Monitoring Committee, composition of the defence jury...).
